No intellectual property right in any part of the Site is intended to, and it shall not be deemed to, transfer to any person who accesses the Site.
(b) Reproduction of any part of the Site and its contents is prohibited without our prior permission.
(c) We reserve the right to change the way the Site works from time to time and to withdraw any features or content provided on the Site without giving prior notice.
(d) The content of this Site is for your general information and personal use only.
(e) Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. Such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

(a) No contract exists for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and sent you confirmation by email to the email address you have given. Once we do so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
(b) The contract is subject to your right of cancellation as a consumer (see paragraph 9 below).
(c) The description, specification and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the Site at the time you place your order.
(d) GABI’s policy is to improve its products continually, and so reserves the right to make minor technical changes to the specification of the goods without affecting their then function, quality or price.
(e) All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
(f) Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the Site are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to despatch of the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
(g) In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge of £3.50 Postage and Packing for the goods, as shown in [link] , if the price of the goods is less than £19.95, but shipping is FREE for an introductory promotional period.
(h) The price of the goods and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
(i) Where the goods are supplied for export from the United Kingdom, you will be liable for shipping and insurance charges as agreed with GABI, and responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination and for the payment of any duties on them.
(j) Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the Site at the time you place your order.
(a) The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order, subject to confirmation by GABI.
(b) If delivery cannot be made to your address, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
(c) If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods.
(d) Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within 30 days of your order. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of your order, GABI will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund or re-credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. GABI will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
(e) You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.
(a) As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in the United Kingdom.
(b) To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to GABI by hand or post or email, at the address or email address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
(c) If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you must return the goods to GABI at your own cost, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit.
(d) Once you have notified GABI that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
(e) If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you for the direct costs of recovering the goods.
(f) You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for audio or video recordings or computer software which have been unsealed by you, or for goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. We will notify you at the time your order is accepted if this applies.
(a) All goods supplied by GABI are warranted free from defects in workmanship or materials at the time of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
(b) This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with GABI’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without GABI’s approval.
(c) If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty, or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should contact GABI by phone, or notify GABI by post, fax or email, as shown below.
(a) You may access the Site solely for your own personal use. You must not use any content provided on the Site for any illegal purpose.
(b) In particular, you may not use the Site for any of the following purposes:
1. Disseminating any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material or otherwise breaching any laws;
2. Transmitting material that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offence, or otherwise breaches any applicable laws, regulations or code of practice;
3. Interfering with any other person’s use of the Site; or
